Payment of the appropriate subscription fee established by CAERT, Inc., is a grant of permission for access to the information for the term of the subscription.

AgEdLibrary.com User IDs and Access Codes are for the exclusive use of the subscribing customer. The subscriber agrees that the User IDs and Access Codes will not be shared with anyone. The subscriber further acknowledges that CAERT, Inc., will electronically monitor subscriber access and usage to insure that User IDs and Access Codes have not been shared.

Any violation of the terms, conditions, and copyrights of this license will result in its immediate cancellation, forfeiture of all paid fees, and any legal actions necessary to compensate CAERT, Inc., for damages suffered and to prevent future damages and loss of income. In the event that any individual or entity willfully inflicts damages upon AgEdLibrary.com, CAERT, Inc., expressly reserves the right to seek any punitive damages and remedies available under the law.
